2. The contestant whose name is signed below gives permission to Princess and Prince Dream Pageant and its affiliates to use his/her photograph, speeches, video, etc. for publicity purposes and future pageant material. They become the property of the pageant.

5. There is to be no bashing of contestants, their families, the judges or directors. Non-compliance with these rules is grounds for disqualification. Should a contestant decide to withdraw or be removed from the pageant at ANY time, under no circumstance will the contestant, sponsor or advertiser be entitled to a refund either full or in part.
